Girl Talk: The Tea Party is the third installment of the StyledtoaTEA Empowerment series. Held during Women’s History Month, this time we wanted to honor the ladies!
I collaborated with Helena of Honey Accessories, my MUA Shakir Way, and Natalia Carden of Yogi By Nature Co. to bring the people something that we’d hope they’d be inspired by.
Natalia Carden spoke on yoga, meditation and positive mental health. The yogi gave the ladies and gentlemen tips on training their mind through yoga. Our dreams, our minds, our bodies are far more important than we believe!
Shakir Way set up shop near the entrance to offer guest makeup services at a discounted rate. The MUA came equipped with Siberian Mink lashes that the girls were in love with!
Helena of Honey Accessories vended some of the flyest accessories for the guest. Check out the red frames above!
Other vendors included Sharifa Bryan of AgenosSweetThings, who specializes in natural skin care products.
The event was sponsored by Taylor Made Cupcakes by Jessica Taylor. Jessica’s pastries were all that we’d imagine they would be. Guest even raced to grab the last few cheesecake cupcakes and cookies available!
Philadelphia based vodka brand, Kiki Vodka, was also one of our sponsors! We created a “Spill The Tea” punch featuring Kiki, Raspberry Lemonade and a splash of sprite. Our guest also indulged in a variety of wine provided by Sip Lightly Mobile Bartending.
Guest were also laced with swag bags featuring Lavid Skin Care and natural shampoo and conditioner by Deity America.
Needless to say, The Tea Party was a success! I couldn’t be more proud. My heart is so full; with each rsvp I am more and more inspired to do more.

Through StyledtoaTEA Empowerment I’ve had the chance to connect with entrepreneurs, professionals, mothers, gardeners, people with dreams beyond their reality. Empowering while being empowered is truly fulfilling. What we’re doing is more than events, it’s a movement, and sort of a therapy session for me.
Stay tuned for our next event!
